AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam) extinguishers offer some additional benefits over water units. Not only do they typically have higher fire ratings, but they are also suitable for Class B fires involving flammable liquids. They are highly effective extinguishers with a rapid flame knockdown, and do not compromise visibility for safe building evacuation.
The commander 9 litre foam comes with a 27A & 183B rating. These units are 35kVa dielectrically tested and safe for inadvertent use on fires involving live electrical equipment. The units are Kitemarked and come with our full 5-year warranty.
